Chilli & Basil
A very mild red chilli base together with capsicum, onions, green beans, and carrots. At the last moment a handful of Thai basil is added for a subtle aniseed flavour.


Cashew
Cashew nuts, chilli jam, capsicum, shallots, baby corn.


Garlic & Pepper
Crushed garlic and pepper is the heart of this dish. A selection of Chinese vegetables provides completes the balance.


Ginger & mushroom
Main ingredient briskly stir-fried with ginger, mushrooms, black fungus, onions, baby corn, and shallots.


Oyster sauce
Bok-choi, Chinese cabbage, Chinese Broccoli, mushrooms, and baby corn.

Barramundi Pad Cha
Barramundi fillets fried in a Pad Cha chilli paste. The kick comes from strands of green peppercorns and red chillies with galangal, basil, kaffir leaves imparting a wonderful aroma.
